Our instrument: FACSAria Fusion
Equipped with 4 lasers (Violet, Blue, Yellow, and Red) and exclusively operated by the Flow Core staff.
- Up to 13 colors sorting for immunophenotyping
- Sorting and analysis of CFP, GFP, YFP, mRFP, mTomato, CFP and mCherry gene expression proteins
- DNA analysis using standard dyes (Hoeschst, DAPI, PI, 7-AAD, etc.)
- Sorting stem cell side populations
- Sorting into 15ml falcon, 5ml FACS tubes and Eppendorf or single cell sorting into 6, 24, 48, 96, or 384-well plates for culture and slides
- Biohazardous cell sorting for BSL2 infected samples
